Supportive Counselling

Tough life experiences and daily stressors can be difficult to navigate on your own. Seeds for Change provides a space to process your experiences, explore ideas and decision making, and foster and develop healthy ways forward. Supportive counselling sessions and psychotherapy can be combined to create the care that is right for you.
